REQUESTS AND COMPLAINTS
According to the Megatrend University Policy Quality, section Y.3.01-1, (http://megatrend.edu.rs/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/Uputstvo-za-resavanje-zalbi-i-prigovora-studenata-2.pdf), each student of Megatrend University has a right to make request and complaint. The same thing goes to international students at Megatrend University, and especially in this case of incoming students through Erasmus+ program.
Students can download from this section a form for request and complaints and fulfill it (note: personal signature is a must). Students can either scan and send that document via email: firstname.lastname@example.org, or they can come personally to fulfill that document at the International office, room No. 5, Bulevar marsala Tolbuhina 8 (Monday to Friday from 10.00-12AM).
That document is after that given to the Erasmus coordinator. The Commission for solving students request is consisting of: Director of Erasmus Office, Vice Dean of the Faculty and Erasmus Coordinator.
Request need to be solved in the period of 15 days and students will be informed about their request either by email or by phone. You can download form for requests HERE.
