Students, including students who participate in the mobility programme, are not expected to earn more than 60 ECTS credits for one academic year, but are allowed to exceed this number (through additional ECTS) if they wish to. To ensure record mobility using the ECTS, Megatrend University provides: 1) an up-to-date course catalogue on its website, 2) a learning agreement for studies and traineeships, signed by sending and receiving institutions before the start of mobility, 3) a Transcript of Records indicating the number of credits earned and grades achieved and a Traineeship Certificate as the corresponding document for traineeships, 4) a Certificate that the work abroad has been recognized as outlined in the learning agreement.

The student will get written decisions that are certified by Associate Dean of Academic Affairs at the home faculty, and recognition is a done by home student service.
When the student is choosing which subjects he/she wants to attend at the host university, he/she needs to collect at least 20 ECTS and at the most 30 ECTS per semester.
Once student’s service has a positive recognition of one subject at one of the host universities, that case will be used for all other recognitions in the upcoming period.
After the mobility, the student is obliged to come to ICD office maximum 30 days after he/she returns, and they need to deliver:
